WHEN ORDERING

• Your Name and full Delivery Address - not just a box number.
• Your Order Number if applicable.
• Quote the part number and a brief product description.
• Quantity of goods.
• Freight Company details if applicable.

When ordering axles, confirm axle length by fax. If at all possible, also FAX your requirements.

RECEIVAL OF GOODS

Check your goods immediately on receipt. We sometimes make mistakes but not many. We will not be responsible for any subsequent costs relating to the supply of the wrong goods.

RETURN OF GOODS

If goods are wrongly supplied through our negligence we will gladly exchange when returned to our warehouse. However goods returned through the fault of, or not required by, the customer will incur a restocking charge of 10%. We cannot accept goods for exchange which are damaged weathered or used. Goods will not be accepted for return after 7 days. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice.

ORDERS FOR SPECIALLY MANUFACTURED PARTS

Orders only processed against an irrevocable order or cash before manufacture and are non returnable.

IMPORTANT All our goods are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure by his/her own enquiries that the goods are suitable in capacity and design for the particular application. Any technical information is issued gratis. Our advice is free and gratis. We accept no responsibility for your finished products.

The purchaser is deemed to be in possession of sufficient technical knowledge to successfully manufacture his/her own finished goods. Should you require professional advice we will supply you with the name of a professional engineer.

A word of advice - do not buy goods too light to save money - in the end it may prove costly.
