Trailer Kit 5 : 1500Kg Tandem Axle Assembly

This kit includes the undercarriage for a standard tandem axle 1500mm chassis trailer. Axle rating is 1500 Kg. (750Kg per axle) Spring SWL 1500 Kg. Brakes are required over 750Kg. This undercarriage is not recommended for large Off-road rims.

Not included are the rims and tyres and body work steel.

• 2 X B0111 39mm ROUND AXLE: 1955mm
• 1 X D0801 5 LEAF ROCKER LOADSHARING SPRING ASSEMBLY : springs 625x45x6mm
• 2 X D1755 U BOLT KITS : 12mm U-bolts, fish plates and saddles to bolt axles to springs.
• 2 X C0101 HUB ASSEMBLY : Various stud patterns available.
• 1 X C0801 BRAKE ASSEMBLY: 9 X 1-3/4 HYDRAULIC DRUM :Includes bearings, seals, dust caps & wheel nuts, drums, brake back plate with wheel cyclinders and shoes and brake mount plates.
• 1 X A0105 HYDRAULIC OVERRIDE COUPLING
• 1 X C2901 SINGLE AXLE BRAKE KIT : Includes brake hose and clips, short and long tube nuts
• 5 X C3402 3/16" COPPER TUBING (5 metre)
• 1 X E0080 LIGHTING KIT : Includes combination stop/tail/indicator lights, 5 core wire, Utilux 7 pin plug, reflectors (red, amber, clear)
